Overland Selected by Compaq as an OEM Supplier

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999--Overland Data Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:OVRL), a technology leader in data storage and backup products, Monday announced that it has been selected by Compaq (NYSE:CPQ) as an OEM supplier for entry-level and departmental secondary automated storage products, supporting the leading Compaq ProLiant server line.
